Quaint atmospheric village and home of the famous Bronte sisters

The quaint village of Haworth is world famous as the home of the Bronte sisters who were inspired by the surrounding moorland to write their novels which have become classics of English literature. The Thyme House is situated a few minutes' walk from the Bronte Parsonage museum where the Bronte Sisters were raised. Guided walks are available for those wanting to know more about the Bronte's. Or take the famous ghost tour.

Haworth is famous for walks in and around the village. Some of the most popular are around the reservoirs and the Bronte Falls. Walk along Bronte Way visiting the Bronte Bridge. This walk leads out onto the bleak moors where you can visit Top Withens (rumoured to be the setting for Heathcliffe's farm in Wuthering Heights).
